Pluto Ventures was founded by Lindsey Bond in 2023.

She was an early TikTok employee and spent almost 5 years at TikTok working across its various businesses.

Most recently, she worked on the Global Business Solutions team helping venture capital firms and fast-growing venture-backed companies use TikTok as a platform to scale.

Before that, she grew TikTok’s employer brand globally, including growing TikTok’s LinkedIn from 10k to over 1M followers.
